Rebecca Sneddon was born in Fremantle, Western Australia and begun her dance training at Dance Central at age 4. Rebecca trained at Dance Central in Jazz-Hip Hop, Tap and Ballet, and undertook several Ballet exams within the Borovansky syllabus. At age 12, Rebecca was accepted into the specialist Ballet program at John Curtin College of the Arts where she trained in Ballet, Contemporary and Spanish. She represented the school in the Eastern States, performed in many Musicals and countless dance performances. Rebecca graduated from the specialist ballet course in 2008 with a Distinction for her Ballet studies, a Certificate of Excellence for her academic studies and was awarded “most respected student”, in her graduating class. Whilst studying at John Curtin, Rebecca also represented Dance Central in the Senior Performance Group for many years and competed in many state-wide competitions. Rebecca begun her training as a teacher in 2006 under Gabrielle Cronan; founder and Principle of Dance Central. Rebecca currently teaches and choreographs for Creative Dance, Jazz-Hip Hop and Contemporary classes at Dance Central. In 2011 Rebecca begun a Bachelor of Arts degree in Arts Management at the West Australian Academy of Performing Arts.
