Stretch Class

This class is recommended for dance students from age 9 years and upwards. The class is designed to increase flexibility and helps prevent injury. Through out the class a specific skeletal muscle ( or muscle group) is deliberately elongated. The results of stretching increases muscle control, flexibitlty and range of motion. The class is structured with floor mat exercises, barre work and isometric exercises. Uniform : Comfortable clothing for warmth and ease of movement. No feet ware necessary.
